EVOKE ENT – LEADING & BEST EVENT COMPANY IN PUNE – conceptualized and executed a thematic Family-Day event “Carnival” for FCIT with the objective to create a fun and frolic evening for employees and their families.

The event took place at FCIT, MIDC Bhosari, Pune. The entire event was planned and executed around “fun.” The event featured thematic set up, experiences, engagement, special Fun & Game zones for kids and families of the employees.

There were photo ops, great activities, competitions and performances. Families were living and loving their each moment, capturing the moments and making their fun moments, golden and forever with their family.

The event was hosted by Emcee Dipa Papat, who filled the evening with excitement and interactivity among the attendees. By the end of the event, everyone was filled with fun and the family togetherness. There was only the sound of laughter and fun all morning long. It’s amazing how fast the time went.
